Been building stuff

Hello young one!!! Today i completed a coolest project of the century!!
That's me holding a 3 dimensional model of the Cologne Cathedral located in Germany. This was a gift i got for my 18th birthday and it is the best gift ever!! I started this project last night and finished it by lunch today amd i think that was pretty quick. Building things is seriously the coolest thing ever and also so much fun. I was actually under the impression that the model was going to be like a really big one that could at least accomodate a hamster but you can see it's not that big. I LOVE IT! I mention often in my earlier posts that i love puzzles and they make me happy. Making models of things now fall under that same level of happiness. Eating ice cream is below that on the list. I want more to do now!

I had a really big dinner tonight of wanton mee, chicken with bean sprouts and fried tofu. It was so yummy and the highlight of it for me was the chicken lover that came with the chicken. I only started eating liver not long ago because they looked gross but i dared myself to try and now i love it(not as much as the meat itself though). Then i went to the mall and got chatime for the second in 2 days.

Also today i discovered my sister is in a design-an-app contest and is potentially going to win rm10000. Fingers crossed she wins! I would love to tell you all about it but i dont want people copying her idea and she worked hard on this.
I recently was driven to work super hard on my website and its gonna be up soon and once thats up i wanna try youtubing.
Theres a funny video calling me. And im sleepy. Goodnight and twinkle stars

Rice gum addiction

Hey you!! Ive been so busy since my really epic KL trip i'll try to explain everything in the least confusing way possible. I spent quite a bit of yesterday being counselled by my best friend because it was one of those days where i hate life so much and just want to shut yourself off but cant because then my blog would miss me. It got better when i had a good dinner and some Ricegum in my system. Check out Ricegum on youtube is you havent got a clue who he is. He recently had some fake beef with FouseyTube but no drama compared to his history Jacob. He's got his fair share of haters but i think he makes sense and is so so funny. Afrogum makes me laugh harder though. Hahaha.
Also i bought a book i have been searching high and low for: After You!!! Guys the stressful days are over!! By the way i acted at the bookstore counter, youd think i found the cure to cancer. Ive been wanting to get my hands on a copy and i got it for rm38.50 and after buying it i find out that i could have claimed rm32 with the points from my membership card. News is, you can look forward to that review sometime soon.
This morning i woke up not to the most pleasant morning in the universe. I had an appointment with my scoliosis doctor. If you dont know what scoliosis means, it's basically when your spine is bent and youre growing at an angle. Ive had this since i reached puberty and if you have it too i send you great suport and love. If not then take this as some science class. Now, scoliosis sucks because youre constantly self concious but you cant let it show or people think youre weird. Then again you dont want surgery cause it costs money and i hate hospitals more than periods. Thats saying something. Also these appointments come with a side of lecture.
My 1st week as a legal adult is eventful and i think these are end times. Hahah. It's just something i say when i try to make a funny when the mood's getting solemn. Ive been drinking water from a wine glass because i like luxury and also cause i can.
For dinner i had a pretzel with sushi and KFC whip potatoes. Yums
Im tired and i need to rest my eyes. Love food, love you. Bye

fun fun weekend

best hello to the fellow reading! hi!! i havent posted in a while because i was just so so busy with a Summer programme i attended. I went a day before the programme with my dad and we watched a DiCaprio movie on the train(was about him forging and stealing money...not bad, really). then for lunch we had Burger King!!! Gosh it was so long since i've had a burger king-they dont have that in ipoh- and i reminisce to when i was a child and on holiday we had BK and their drinks used to come with free refills and they once had a contest going on where their cups had a layer you could peel back and you would see what you'd get as a prize. just so much fun it was. then i went to an imported-foods market an got my all time favourite childhood snack:
these are Japanese egg cookies and they melt in your mouth. i used to eat these all the time and because they are so small and so cute, they're so fun to eat. they cost about rm7 which is a lot for a small pack of food but i would have bought it regradless the price. Also, these are so addictive that you cant just take a handful and be content. it's not bad for you though, it's not sweet and really egg-y. i had the most fun dinner ever, walking to my favourite PanMee restaurant Jojo pan mee at SS2.
They have really nice noodles and FRIED WONTONS!! plus, do you see how big the bowl is! I really like them.
The next day i went to British International School KL for the programme and it's fancy beyond scale of fanciness. they had a really nice eating place, big lifts, nice pool and grassy fields. I made friends really easily with people from KL and Penang (but mostly KL). to initiate the programme, they had a bagpiper to come perform which i found hilarious because it was a Chinese man playing!! Nothing wrong with that of course, but the VIPs were all Scots and i wondered what they thought of a guy like that. There were many professors and they each held workshops of the degree courses they offer and they were so much fun. we travelled in groups and i was in one called, Agnes Blackadder. they said she was the first female to graduate St Andrews and she has a hall named after her. Each group has student mentors which were Malaysian students studying in St Ands and were all part of the Malaysian student in St Ands Society. they were really nice people and they told us about a 1st of may tradition where the whole school goes skinny dipping into the sea.
after my first day at BSKL, I had dinner with my best friend from high school at a sushi place and tried Natto maki. I only know what it is because i watched a Nigahiga episode where they challenged people to eat as many of it as possible. it's fermented soy beans and it's vinegary and slimier than a toad.
The programme ended yesterday and i got of the train from KL. There was a sad closing ceremony but i won rm100 from a photo-contest along with a bag and a St Ands mug. good times!
Was a quick weekend, but i wouldnt have it any other way.
homeworks a waiting. bye!

chicken pie day!!

hey there!! today -as was yesterday- was filled with good food. Yesterday i hadnt had much for dinner so my dad brought me out to my favourite ice cream parlor ever (which also happens to be the only one within a 50 kilometer radius). Also i just happened to be very sad yesterday so the ice cream helped my mood. my dessert was nice with jelly on top but i didnt realise they put cream corn in it too which was not something i liked but then we had potato wedges too and they were yummy. Taylor's sent another email and it was a nice one offering a meeting with an admissions officer but then adults told me to decline it. it's also slowly sinking in that i only have 8 days to register myself or they'll take it as me rejecting them which i have no choice but to do. i tried not to be sad, i really did but it hurts when it seemed so accessible, so much within my grasp but so impossible in reality. I didnt sleep well last night, but who's to know why.
I sent an email to an old teacher today, asking for advice on how to deal with actually having to reject an offer. but there's only so much a teacher could say. it's also sad when friends who know that im rejecting it ask why, and i tell them i dont think i have the fees, they always ask: why not let the adults pay? and they would be dead if we were in america and had no gun laws. plus did anyone know crowdfunding is banned in Msia?! yes Msia, lets allow gender/racial, bias. lets leave the fate of the country in the hands of a nutcase with 2 coconuts. but lets not allow young hopeful students to use the internet to fund our education which is so incredibly expensive but nothing compared to ummm i dunno... 2.6billion bucks, say.
anyways back to food, i had a simple bread breakfast today and for lunch my mom made -for the first time ever- chicken pot pie. honestly, delicious!! it tasted like the ones we would buy from the market except out pastry was store bought and frozen and our chicken stock came in the form of a cube but i swear no one -not even Ramsey- would have a bad critique. it's really that good. and it was wayy cuter than the market ones because ours were cute and small and rectangular while theirs are big and round. the stuffing was the best and we had excess left so i could eat it on it's own HAPPILY! I also had the same thing for dinner but with a veggie soup because i need vegetables to make me a woman. hahaha. i nearly went out for mcdonals an hour ago because on this western diet, i needed french fries to complete it. but i ate 3 hershey kisses i couldnt.
Also it's 11pm which means it's an hour away from my 18th bday!! im really just hoping for good sleep and maybe a few more funny youtube videos. world, say hello to your newest adult! hi! we're getting a nice dinner and hopefully some french fries but now i've got to go to bed. im going to the movies tomorrow too, catching the latest ice age, maybe popcorn in place of fries? we'll see. Goodnight

Eating life

Hiiiii!! Im so sorry that i didnt post yesterday but i spent most the day asleep and im going through a: trying to be happy phase, so i need lots of rest for that. I did try hibiscus tea though, and i liked it mostly because it came in a cute mini milk box but it tasted nice too. Aslo did anyone know that Bounty as in the chocolate has their own drink and it comes in the cutest bottle ever. It's a coconut and chocolate drink which sounds strange and just too healthy for my taste.
Today i went to the mall to get something special for little me:
THE BASEBALL CAP I WANTED!! Ive been wanting it for ever and ive got it now so yayyy!! I look extremly boyish here but i assure you i am all female. Hahah. Part of the reason why i go a purple cap is cause purple screams 'im a girl' and is my all time favourite colour. The cap may come in handy when i grow out my hair and its at that awkward stages.
Also i went to a bookstore wanting to buy, After You by Jojo Moyes but they were out of stock there and i was really upset but cause im tougher than say... undercooked squid, i didnt cry. But i did leave my contact at the store telling them to call me once they get new stock. Fingers crossed its sometime soon.
Did i mention guys, that my birthday is coming up?! Yesss!! Ive always loved birthdays and my expectations for my birthday are sky high but for the past 3 years i stopped expecting much and it's kinda sad but im no Queen E, so i cant demand a week long celebration. It takes time for me to accept these things .
I have recently gotten a friend to help me feel not so glum knowing i have to reject the poshes uni ever. His job was to tell me all the things i mighg dislike about the place like crazy rents, crazy food, and crazy night life. I even exagerated some stuff he told me when i repeated them to other people. Maybe if imagined it to be not so ideal, i wont cry about it anymore.
My life. Goodnight guys, eat well.

Im lost

Hi there! I just ate a big chicken jerky 10 minutes before i plan to sleep! Now you can all marvel at how healthy i am. It is a holiday so not much drama except the fact that i have no choice but to reject the one university in malaysia i think is actually worth attending- Taylor's. I really like the place and i was really happy i got in with a scholarship but then i found out that it's still expensive and i havent learnt the art of counterfeiting money yet. I just wish cash grew out of the garden wall instead of moss... wait i dont even have a garden. Anyways im trying to ignore the throbing pain in my head but it's already traveled to my shoulders which i dont know nor care if it is possible.
The weather is so hot i nearly fainted during dinner at an outside coffeehouse. I love luxury and i like fancy eating so it doesnt sit well with me to have to eat while i sweat profusely, tempting death. But i survived the endeavour which was good because mom treated me to ice cream and i tried a cotton candy flavoured one. Yums. My sweet tooth intensifies when im stressed out.
Lunch was just as sweaty but a less stressful ordeal because the restaurant was cleaner, had better food and a nice view beyond the windows. I had curry rice on a banana leaf with tea. After that we had planned to go to the mall but then the car over heated from being in the sun too long and being caught in traffic made it worse so we made a turn to head back home where i had to stick my head in the freezer to cool of. We'll be going to the mall tomorrow and i plan on getting something nice for myself because i think i deserve something nice and that something happens to be a purple baseball cap from cotton on. I was going to get it online then i saw that the shipping fee was rm40 and the cap's like rm 15 so hellooo....
What's up with the heat?!?! I need to hydrate. Goodnight guys, rock mother earth

Friday, 1 July 2016

Hi guys!!! I have to tell you about the amazing dinner i had last night. I had a japanese pancake and an ice cream float... as part one. Part two was a super fun unexpected visit to a dessert house with shaved ice desserts and deep fried sausages and crispy tofu skin. I have always loved deep fried foods but the cripsy tofu skin is my absolute favourite food. It was an outdoor place and i didnt look above but i like to think that we ate under the stars.
Earlier that day i had done a heart dissection for biology(might have been a goat's heart) and i dared myself to do it without gloves which wasnt the brightest idea. Then again, my friend was rubbing the heart in an odd fashion saying she'd like to pretend it was an episode of Greys Anatomy. Speaking of my friend, i wouldnt be doing stunts with her for the next fortnight as we are on holiday!! Today's school day was the last day of the term. Hooray!!!! I got a pink USB as a gift from a teacher for getting enough 'good points'. And my friend got a handmade bookmark which i picked out with my artistic eye. Another thing that happened was i scraped my knee for the first time in 6 years from trying to catch a balloon. I am normally a very carefull, analytical-ish person -also a 17 year old- but i always liked balloons and very much wanted that one for a reason and i scraped it chasing a balloon. When i was young and was at a mall and so happen there would be a road show say to promote the latest model of the Mazda vehicle. The salesmen would always hand out balloons to children and once they didnt want to let me have one so my dad talked to one guy long enough so he'd let me have one. I am a really precious girl, see. Hahahah
I am in ipoh and it is fantastic! I had a yummy dinner of fried noodles and then i went to the mall to get this
A 3D PUZZLE!!! I am obsessed with puzzles and i decided to take the next step of trying out 3d ones. This is a rm30 one of a Taiwan theater and is is the most adorable thing. All the while doing it, i was thinking,'i wish i had little people to live in it'. Would that be scary though? It was really fun to do and there were so many little details that i love. The end product looks like this
Its late and i am sleepy. Goodnight you
