hello everyone!!! it's 2pm and ive been awake for about 3 hours now. happy friday guys. i dont usually get up at noon but i had a late night fighting crime in the city. HAHAHAHAHAH i didnt. i had my lights out by 12am but i couldnt sleep till 2 so i stared at my ceiling, singing songs and working on ideas for my youtube channel . i really do like filming and editing and the most fun -is funnest a word?- idea i had was me learning how to skateboard. i thought that since i know how to drive a car, ride a bike, why not learn some tricks on a skateboard. i thought about how to execute it and some issues came up. 1)i havent owned a skateboard since i was 10 and2)i dont want to get more scars on my legs. but it was fun to think about though. i dont even have a good camera yet.
i woke up unnaturally today and i read that waking unnaturally makes you more easily tired during the day but i dont think so. the phone rang and it was my mom calling me to say shes going to pick me for lunch and it was a fun lunch because we both got noodles. unlike most people i can wake up and eat whatever. like my appetite wakes with me and i dont have to have a warm up of like an hour before my body can digest food.
yesterday night was a night of discoveries (my favourite kind of night).
1) MattyBRaps. he's another Jacob Sartorius just better looking and he's been famous longer. he raps and does youtube and like i do for celebrities i fancy, i dug up a backstory. mattyb was news since about 5 years ago when he rapped to defend his sissy with down syndrome from bullies. that's pretty cool.
2) i did a bmi test and the range for normal was 18 to 24 and beyond 24 is overweight, below 18 is underweight. the formula is weight(kg) over height(m) so for me it would be 48/1.56 which gives 30 so apparently... i cant even say it but i actually do feel it. screw it though, i think the world has unreasonable standards for women now. congrats, Trump.
3) nothing will stop me from doing what i want as long as i work towards it.
4) i want to start an NGO one day. i even did some research on how to do it. it's not in-depth yet cause im only so young but here's what i know: i) you have to register yourself online at some malaysian governement website, ii)have at least 7 members iii)pay a registration fee and a yearly fee iv)your ngo's name must be in Bahasa because this is Msia after all and v)you must have logo.
what will my NGO be based on? that's for me to know.
i was just watching some youtube and then ma whatsapp me this link and i check it out. if youre too busy to open it, it's news about a refugee boy doing swell in his studies and gets a degree and he credits a foundation called Dignity for Children for his education. im pretty well verse with the organisation as 4 years ago i did a fundraiser with some friends and directed the profits at them. it's nice to think that the little we gave had a role in this guy's career.
i'm heading to ipoh later in the evening and im excited. i've got some things to think about. since i have a week break i could fit a book in my time no problem. question is, which one? see, life's full of being spontaneous. gotta pack. love my lovelies.

i love my life
hey you gorgeous people!! i missed being online so much it actually physically hurts to not post an update. it has been the longest fortnight in forever but i have been away because of my A levels. they started last week and tomorrow is the last paper for the week. next week will be a break and then resume the week after. i realize that the papers are a huge deal to the eyes of the world but to this blog means more to me than anyone will ever gauge.
if i had to state my latest obsessions:
-barbie songs!! my favourite is the sound track from barbie princess and the pauper and barbie the island princess. i like singing along to it(like i always have) and the lyrics are so profound and it really speaks to me like my fav from p&p is from written in your heart ('you're always free to begin again; youre always free to believe') and my fav from island princess is from I need to know(' i have to know these answers, i have to find my way; seize my tomorrow; learn my yesterday'). i needed a blast from the past to make me feel a lot better about myself and that i am who i am!
my friend doesnt agree about the whole barbie is inspirational deal. she's working on building her youtube channel making covers and she said i get to pick a song so she cant go back on her word just cause barbie isnt her thing. well i dont like phantom of the opera much anyways.
-crosswords! ive said here many times before that i love love love puzzles and i love word search but crosswords are a whole new territory and i and enjoying it. im not at an advanced level yet but i will get there. also the name of the dots on dominoes are pips.
-the next one goes to all the fam... dark chocolate with almonds!! we've been getting a bar a week thanks to dad and they're spectacular. the best are wittakers from newzealand.
the past weeks have been really ordinary. ive been doing pass year papers, notes and praying basically. so the first day of exams i text my best friend from high school, hows the paper been? and then she goes, oh dude we dont do the same syllabus and i totally had no clue. the days are fine and sometimes i fit a nap in or if it's a gym day, me and sissy get our workout. we actually went today i got to try out something new. it's this machine that is like a standing up bicycle because you pedal but you grab the handles and your hands push back and forth. real fun.
i guess i should talk about ma's super awesome food about now. lunch was spaghetti and i found out that yesterday was national pasta day so we should have got a medal. we had pizza and squash soup sometime this week. over the weekend i had a mcd breakfast, a reeses ice cream and the best duck rice ever. i am legit blessed. thanks family!!
if youre enduring exams right now, there may or may not be under a dark cloud but here's somethings to think about.
-you dont have classes anymore. go home.
-pretzels dogs are the bomb and halal is a term to distract malaysia from things that actually matter like a better school syllabus
-troye sivan is the best gay person ever. LGBTQ long live
-I AM GOING FAR!!
okay it's dinner time and mom made rice! yummys!! gotta dash. love my lovelies

monks and bridges
yoo hooo!!! hey you! i just had tea of cake and orange slice cookies and i started feeling great for a minute then i thought about how it probably didnt help with my getting fit regimen which is still in the initiating process and now i think i probably shouldnt have eaten so much(cake was a dessert for lunch too) also i had cake for breakfast. why so much cake, you ask? all leftover from a birthday.
i had a revelation a few days back when i was putting on a pair of jean i liked because it fit so nicely. it doesnt fit like a glove anymore unless gloves were meant to be so tight your hand stayed at infant size like an inverse of the chinese tradition of feet binding. wait i have to go on a tangent here. once someone told me a story and it goes like: there were 2 monks about to cross a wobbly bridge over a river when a very pretty lady came, and she had her feet bound so she couldnt walk straight and she asked help from the monks to hold her as she crossed. one monk was all oh we cant be in close proximity to a woman cause its bad and he may have said non-halal but im not sure, old story. but the other monk, a nice one, carried her across while the bad monk watched, angry. they left the woman at the other side of the bridge and for a long time, the bad monk went on a long rant on how he-who-helped defied their religion and was unsuited for monkhood. the nice one, chill as ever, said, 'i left her at the other side, why are you still thinking about her?'. i think the moral was to always do the right thing even if society goes against it. also to not carry around anger like the bad monk.
okay back on track, my jeans wouldnt go over my butt, couldnt button it, and i saw i had a pseudo-pot belly. clearly i was upset, and now im trying my darnest to lose a few ponds and then some. im just so in love with eating especially candy that i think to keep away requires a strait jacket. i just want to fit into my jeans again and not feel so much blubber around.
yesterday i went to gym with sissy and i lasted 70minutes on the threadmill and about 2 minutes on the cycling thing.i like they gym, the staff are friendly and i dig the view from the second floor. sissy is all about squats and i dont see the point of it but she does her thing and its all good.
im not going to school anymore but i went yesterday to play around with my friends and at one point we played charades and there was a racist moment when the word 'black sheep' came up but its fine because its funny and we get that it's not to be rude but just funny.
im feeling like an episode of The Flash now. gosh Grant Gustin is the most gorgeous man alive! love it!! also i think his best friend is the Arrow who is like Hawk eye's descent. funny.
see you whenever lovelies

happy birthday ma
hey everyone online! youre fantastic!! it's a special anniversary today and it's so important that you all know that it's my ma's birthday!! YAYY happy birthday ma!! she's perfect and i love her so much! i am now going to make up a super special poem for her that i thought of 0.1 seconds ago.
ma, you're my best friend,
the core of all my happy memories,
and an excellent role model
always have been, always will be.
i want today to be the best day it can be
because you deserve the best in life
on your birthday,
heaven and earth part ways to make way for a recherché celebration.
you've always worked to make my birthdays special:
a KFC party, movies and days off school
this year, for you,
balloons, dinners, soaps, a joke hand and cake were what we did
and it's important that you have fun
every day of existing
on your birthday,
be reminded that you are smart, funny and pretty,
all qualities that me and sissy inherited
and im mostly happy about the pretty part haha
unashamed i voice to the world
i cant sleep without a certain pillow,
that was sewn with so much love.
i also couldnt sleep alone till i was 13 but im glad
in those late nights,
we played games, talked and it was the best times of my life
your gonna have many more adventures,
with me and with the familia,
im excited
and we've got each other's back
i love you
...
taadaa okay not my best work but it took 2 minutes and its decent.
i just got back from a korean hot plate dinner and it's so yummy. it's called dakgalbi and it's chicken, veggies and dough rolls in a pan simmering in a sweet-spicy sauce. i had a drink of banana milk which i was so excited about but it was really sweet and it smelled so strongly of banana and turns out it wasnt anything exciting but i like being excited about something cause it's fun.
we had our cake before going out to dinner and it was yummy raspberry cheese cake. i love cake!
hours before our big feast tonight, sissy and i had our first experience at a gym. we now have a membership card like fitness junkies do so i guess we're fit. i spent an hour at the threadmill doing cardio and it was so cool because the gym was on the second floor and the threadmill faces the floor to ceiling wall that shows the view below and it's nothing compared to a view on a mountain but it was a scene looking down and i liked it. i havent had the muscles at work in a while so after an hour on the mill, my adrenaline was really pumping and when i got down, wayy to excited, my legs were vibrating from so much happy. that probably isnt real science but helloooo
i had a lunch of fried rice with chicken soup. thanks sissy. ma left her phone at home during lunch so i went over to pass it to her and it was kinda weird because i dont go there anymore but i smiled at a couple of juniors so it's okay.
breakfast was special and i found out i liked waking up at 7am. i ate orange slice cookies and they were good. yummy cookies.
so much talk about food, i really needed the gym. let's see if an exercise regimen works.
i need to nap now. goodnight lovelies

surprise im still here!
hey beautiful world!! i have missed you so much and i havent been offline for this long since forever so officially i need to say a very grand hello. here goes: HEYYYYY!!
according to my immaculate memory, my last post was on Tuesday meaning im going to be typing for a while. on wednesday i missed school and i went for lunch with ma and then she picked me up again to get me to school because a teacher missed me so much and needed to see me that day and rewarded me with a super fun test about organic chemistry. i went home late that day and then i had a maggie dinner which was so good. thanks person who created maggie, but then youre evil cause the MSG did crazy things to my hair and skin so im a host to a dang pimple now. anyways that was about it.
on thursday i went to school, had a bio practical and totally aced it. then i had a lunch of tuna pasta and it was amazing. later fought with my best friend over chemistry homework. story goes...she was like, 'i didnt do my homework so you probably didnt do it too' then i felt offended and then we were yelling but i checked she was right so we laughed it out in the end and now we're cool.
then we went to the lab for a chem practical and it was not to hard mostly because the same questions come out s=every single year. then my friend had an extra math class and i had to clean her bench for her which was a first because she normally helps me clean my bench but i got praise form my lab technician so that was cool. dinner was claypot rice with tomyam lala and that was soooo good and then i had honey tea and we went to rent ben-hur dvd. that night i couldnt find my chem text book so i thought it was at school but it wasnt there the next day when i checked and totally freaked out and i was so scared but i have senior's textbook now to use until i find mine and im praying that its soon.
on friday i had the same pasta for breakfast this time and it was just as yummy as it was the day before. i got really tired during a physics lesson but that wont surprise anybody. had lunch with my class and i had the best curry chicken in the history of curry chickens. okay legit i am so thankful for good food. then i played a badminton game with my friend, not the one i fake-fought with because she was absent that day. i got a poem from a teacher and that was cools. i actually went over to her house first, then we played for like an hour before i got tired and waited to go home at the staffroom. by then sissy was back from her kl trip and she was so much fun to have around we went to celebrate at a new sushi place. it was the cool high sophisticated conyevor belt sushi place that i like and they had pickled ginger which ma loved but i liked their fired wantons best. we picked pa up from the train station that night and had fried rice and noodles as a late night snack. sissy got us tea and pa got us chocolates and grapes so i am really happy with life hello!
next morning i had a mcd breakfast and the rest is all a blur. except when i went for a movie that night. me and ma went to see STORKS and it was the cutest movie ever!! so it's about storks -big whoop- and they used to deliver babies but they dont anymore so they deliver mail like a FedX. and they stopped delivering babies because they missed a baby delivery and she had to grow up among the storks and they dont raising humans that much so this human(orphan Tulip), is sorta a clutz and she accidentally activated the baby making machine which totally put a certain stork's promotion on the line and so they try to fix it by delivering the baby themselves and course they have to go through plenty of obstacles to get the baby sent right. the baby has pink hair by the way. i thought it was cute but ma pointed out something really smart: kids who dont get the science of where babies come from might get the idea that they actually came from a factory and was sent by a stork and they'll embarass themselves 5 years along the road in science class when they really learn reproduction of plants and animals. but cute movie, yummy popcorn.
today i woke to spicy fried beehoon noodles and i like noodles a lot so im happyyyy!!
we went to the mall to get a receipt checked out and then we went to get some balloons and a finger pointer for ma's birthday. it's an extended arm so she can use it for her lessons and also some backscratching. when we got home i did something i was dying to do for so long, i made my own candles with pa! they are so neat. ma and sissy will do theirs tomorrow. it was so much fun and incredibly easy. we didnt get the wax pallets that require melting, we got the wax beads which are colorful beads that will keep the fire burning like a regular wax candle! lunch was fried noodles again, you know my diet! for dinner we went a bit grand because all birthdays are a grand occasion. we went to a western place in a mall and they're sorta special because it's a restaurant in a high end super mart for all imported goodies. i had mac and cheese, ma had chicken, sissy had pasta and pa had fish and chips! they were all so good! the meal, perfect! we walked around, bought ma shoes, and had a cendul dessert. we went home after for gift opening and it was mighty fun!
we had a good laugh at the finger pointer. its already morning so i should get some shut eye but i will miss being online. see you in a bit. love my lovlies, goodnight

im orginal thank you
Hey gummy yummy! ive been lying on my yoga mat and now my notes are all on the floor but that's okay, i'll pick them later. i have so much chemistry work i plan to get done and i like getting things done! i woke at 8.15 and am so happy because there was french toast waiting for me and i made a cuppa coffee and it was bliss.
the house is so quite without sissy around but im happy because she's in the city and enjoying herself and i like her there cause it's fun for her. anyways im having much fun too. ma and i got sticker tattoos yesterday- mine's a panda and her's a rabbit! and they are so adorable. also we went to get ice cream yesterday before dinner and then a bento dinner after and i had a total of 3 eggs yesterday- one foe lunch, 2 in my bento and that was a lot even for an egglover like me. school ended late because i was having a blast doing a test i missed on monday. after that i left the office to find 2 of my classmates in a heated discussion with my homeroom teacher and they saw me and i just joined in. they were joining my bandwagon (honestly i am totally not surprised because as vain as it sounds i have always been a trend setter). they want out of school early too. meaning not finishing the school year but coming back for exams. now about the trend setter business, i always find people doing what im doing after ive done it like cutting my hair, and when i come up with a joke, it gets repeated infinite times by totally unfunny people but i dont get credited but it's okay, just shows that im original. now look, people want out of school too.
on monday night i went to a hairdresser with my mom and the dude totally commented that my hair's kinda thin and it got me feeling a little self conscious but then again i like myself a lot so whatever man. also i hate to admit i used to stereotype all men in the hair or fashion industry cause on tv they all sound possibly gay, not that there's anything wrong with that. the dude was just honest and he breathes hair so i will cut him some slack.
im going to prepare myself for lunch in a while but i have to bring up this new discovery i made thanks to ricegum on youtube. it's the huh challenge. gosh guys, i legit thought there was nothing more pointless than the condom challenge and the internet proved wrong. so how it goes is you randomly go up to someone, record their reaction to your insult and then end with you saying HHHUUHHHH! okay maybe it's funny if you did it to like a best friend and only your squad gets to see the footage but kids post this on internet for the whole world to see and some insults are really mean and the poor dude's reputation goes down the drain. i dont think that nice-ites are going to be trending any time soon on the internet, but then again guys the world doesnt have to know if your friend has no original teeth or a big butt. it's personal man.
for some reason my left ear is starting to hurt and im worried it's going to give a fever. lets not think about that. take care of yourselves ya. good day you lovelies

soaps and books
hey you gorgeous people!! i had a fun weekend and i was so engrossed in The Girl You Left Behind i couldnt separate myself from the couch long enough to do anything other than eat. this is possibly the first time im making an entry this early in the day but i am about to have a busy day at mi casa- Thanks Dora for teaching me spanish- so i will do this now and i feel so happy doing updates all the time. my sissy is leaving for the city in a few hours then it'll be just me and i dont know how to feel about that. it's going to be so much fun for her but then i'll miss her. gosh i'll just be numb toward any sentiments.
i should start my breakdown of friday+weekend about now.
on friday i went to school, played with my friend and that was about it. the action happened when i got home. i ate my rice, drank my honey water, watched glee with sissy and showered. the most fun of all, i made homemade soap. if you remember the list of my purchases i made while in kl last last week, i bought a soap making set at the craft store. i filmed myself doing it which i love doing but my camera is from the stone ages so it shut itself at the critical moment when i was adding the dye and the fragrant oil. that was one stress factor and another was i was working on the floor for maximum working space and the camera with the baby tripod has zero stability and i couldnt aim it downward without it falling into the soap mixture so i held it up with my feet. i worked on it until 5, and then went to my real happy place! Ipoh! we had the best dinner there in a mall. it's a korean restaurant we hadnt been to before but they had just renovated and we wanted to see what they are all about. it's pretty fancy and expensive but they have good food. we ordered grilled squid with veggies, a chicken bimbap and a kimchi bimbap. bibimbap is just a bowl of rice with a bunch of toppings and you stir them together and it's so good! it's like asian pizza! for drinks we had cinnamon tea and i didnt like it because the cinnamon smell was so overwhelming.
then we went to get a gift for my ol' homeroom teacher who just had a baby. i got her a baby bedtime book with sound effects when you press a button at the corner and it was so cute!! it was just puppy and kitten sounds and not so accurate but so so adorable.
at home me and sissy watched glee till bed time.
on saturday, i had a nestum breakfast. for lunch sissy went out so ma and i went to get sweet potato fries and nasi lemak. we met ma's former student and he told me about his math tutor who only takes his student by recommendation and he'll put in a good word for me! i thought that was really cool and that must be some elite tutor. im excited.
it rained after we got home and that was sad because we had planned to go to the fruit stall in the evening. then me and ma started on dinner. we had planned ham and bacon sandwiches but we found out that we were out on campbelle soup so we drove to the mall for soup and while we were there, we got korean instant noodles, beef flavored and and we had noodles along with sandwiches that night. i liked it and i loved helping make it.
me and sissy went to church that night and i went along with sissy's friends for supper and i had a chocolate drink before bed.
morning after, ma lovingly got me fried noodles for breakfast and i ate happy. i did some work after and then followed sissy to church at one. i hung around until 5, experienced my friend's driving for the first time and it was all okay.
i was wiped after that so ma treated us to kfc and we ordered a bucket and the chicken was so big, im having leftovers for lunch. we went home, packed and i wish so bad that we didnt have to leave. i worked on my video all last night and it only uploaded this morning so thanks wifi. you can check it out if you type DIY lavender soap into the search box.
yesterday night i had like a mini anxiety attack. i didnt see it coming because i had fun at church and it all okay. it hasnt happened in like 2 months but i had a bad headache, my hands were trembling and i was thinking all my dark thoughts at once and like always it centered around school and thats why im home if youre wondering. ive been meaning to mention it here for awhile but attempting to explain your fears is like being 30 and trying to tell your colleagues that you still pee on the bed. it's embarrassing, they'll ask what's triggering it and you cant explain why and they'll ask if you need help and you dont know if this 'help' will really help at all.
sissy has just left and i could really use a chocolate bar, though i cant explain my fears, i have a mantra that normally helps: you'll never be anyone else. you are an excellent person and you already are. i also regularly pray against curses or black magic.
that's going to be it for now and i love you lovelies. count the hours and make them count.
