Welcome to my blog - 2019
Hello gorgeous people,
I am aware that this blog hasn't had an update since January 2018 and it's March of 2019 now. So much has happened in this 14 months. i wish i could go back and document everything but to do so now would take a lot of brain energy to recollect everything. But im back now and i plan to update my happy happy blog regularly. im excited about this and you can look forward to it.
That's me at a hipster-ish cafe last week. I went there for some milkshakes with my fam after a super exciting evening. they were selling cacti and some ferns outside of the cafe and the scene was really nice so my dad, my super cool photographer took this really nice picture.
Also i need to talk about my dress. I got it off zalora for RM20 and i think this may be my favorite dress ever. i think it's called Gingham Checkered Mini Dress by Eyescream. the dress is knee length and the fabric feels super smooth and nice. i love it! this gingham patterns are trending now and i have a friend who has a ruffle skirt that's a skirt clone of this dress. I kinda like being up to date with fashion. I wanna talk a bunch more about my closet and other dresses i like but i think i'll save that for a different post. This is my first post back and it's supposed to be introductory.
It feels really good to be back here writing. A great start to my day today. Welcome back, Sue.

first day of second semester
hello gorgeous people. today is the first day of my new semester in university and it was a fun one. it was hard for me to get up in the morning because i had a late night last night. lesson learned! but i got up, breakfasted and washed and with a half hour to spare, got on my ebike to campus. i love my ebike and i could snuggle up to it any day. also i was pretty happy when i got a nice bike parking spot. here's what happened when i got back from my sem break. the seat was missing! i was kinda saddened but dad made a call to a guy and in no time, i got my seat back for rm35. expensive, but worth it!
today i got to class, sat with my friends, talked about our holidays and it was the funnest time. i went home for lunch while they stayed on campus but i really needed a nap between one of our classes. i went back in the afternoon, sissy sent me. and i am so thankful for that. i had another 3 classes but i was pumped since it was my first day back. between the classes, i'd hang at the library with my friends and we'd all chat and laugh!
i think it is important to be thankful and here's what im thankful for today:
1. God for protecting me and my fam. he has been so merciful to me
2. family for always supporting me and loving me so much
3. true friends who listen to me and genuinely care about me (my musketeers from high school, church mates and my lovely girls from this sem and last sem's assignment groups and more people i have no idea how to mention without actually typing out their names)
4. good food thats healthy and nutritious
5. my ebike and my family cars
6. a sweet and comfortable kampar house
yesterday i reunited with a friend i havent spoken to in 2 years and it's funny that i thought we would be strangers and awkward and i realise that we are so comfortable with each other that the lost time just didnt matter. so i guess im also thankful for his friendship.
i could look back on my first sem and think of how much i wasted time on people undeserving of me and my time, but i could think of it in ways that wont make me bitter. God would want me to forgive others just as He has forgiven my sin.
being taken advantage of and bullied by someone i was trying to be nice to really teaches you to get a spine. i could look back with regret and anger but i will try my hardest not to. i am honestly just thankful that i have put a stop to a toxic relationship and of course thankful that i am the better person who has her girls to stand alongside her.
tomorrow me and my friends will be going swimming and i cant wait! it'll be my first time in kampar! cant wait to tell you all about it and hopefully get some nice pictures!

Hello gorgeous people! Its finally 2018!! Congrats to very one who made it. This year will be a great one! Im excited! We started off the year with some fancy ice cream from a new ice cream place, inside scoop. Then we had dinner at a new, fancy korean fried chicken place. I like things that ae new and fancy. I celebrated new years by sleeping early cause i was so wiped.
A while ago i watched the sappy rom-com on Netflix. The Notebook, based on the Nicholas Sparks novel. Ive heard of it just avoided it cause it seemed like a movie that would make me cry but i was bored and it was downloadable. I was expecting an adult version of the fault in our stars but i wasnt curled up bawling even when Noah and Allie died. As of now, the only movies that had me crying my eyes out are Free Willy, Marley and Me and TFIOS. The notebook's about this couple of different social status who fall in love and then she got sent away by her rich parents who aslo hid the letters he sent Allie. They didnt stop loving each other even 7 years into the future when she got engaged to another man. They reunite just before her wedding, make out and live happily ever after. Until she falls ill and they died holding each other. I liked it so much i actually watched it twice in a row. I kinda hope to find a love like that one day. One that can make it through so many years of separation.
Another thing happened while i binged on netflix, i needed to feed myself and i did that using the app, Food Panda. It was so cool and i didnt wait long but one downside is the delivery is super expensive. Like rm5 per delivery. I got a kimbap from a korean restaurant and i loved it! I wouldnt have tried it if not for the app! Also there were so many choices like i think i spent a good 20 minutes or more just scrolling through the menu. There were drinks there were even franchise stores that were a part of it like nandos and sushi king! So exciting isnt it.
Announcement! I now have Snapchat! I made an account cause a senior asked me to but now i find that im really enjoying it. I used to have an acount but i deleted it cause i wanted to stay off the grid but now im back so you can find me there! Hi! Warning i like messing with the filters so i take many selfies but totally not vain okay! Haha!

a week of christmas
hey gorgeous people! Its been 3 days since christmas and im sinking into the couch. Christmas was a good time for me and i hope it was for you too. News years is in 3 days and i dont think we've decided on how to celebrate just yet.
A fews before christmas i was with my friend who had just returned from singapore and i was so so so stoked. I used to talk a bunch about her on my blog when we studied together but now not so much. We had planned to watch that new star wars movie but we missed it causs we were too busy talking about everything thats been happening. I had so much fun but with our busy schedules i dont think we'll get to hang out so often. We went to a starbucks and i realise that everytime i meet up with a highschool friend, we only ever go to a starbucks or a coffee bean.
Something thatwas brought up when we were talking about our high school mates was that before starting uni i had already made amends with those i didnt get along with. Everyone's cool now and im really thankful for that cause then we can have a reunion without a smidge of awkwardness. Yeah! But beyond highschool mates i also made amends with random people i know in someway. It worked out with 2 guys that i knew and it failed with a faraway person. Maybe you cant fix a bridge thats too long cause physically, we are really far away. I havent had any contact at all with these 3 people and i am crazy happy that we are 'acquaitances' now. Actually i think we're friends but i wont be the first to admit that. I actually hung out with one of them awhile ago and i really regret letting 2 years go to waste cause we're going to be really far away soon. Not that it matters a great deal but i domt know, what if something could have happened in that 2 years? But it did feel like nothing's changed between us. We both got a lot more good looking though. Yeah!
The next big thing that happened was on christmas eve. As a kid mom always made steamboat soup during christmas but we havent done that in like 3 years now? And we werent planning on a homecooked meal on christmas day so during the eve of dday, dad booked a spot at a steamboat and bbq buffet place. It had a funky name that i forgot and am too lazy to google but it was good! Here's a picture
I have had long day. Been super busy and burned a lotta calories but theres so much i wanna say from my day today that i will keep for tomorrows posts. See ya!

The craziest thinga bout this is that there is no gas heating up the pot. Its all burning charcoal underneat the table. Its so cool! I super love buffets though my favourite kind is a buffet breakfast, this was superb too.
On christmas day itself we had a bump. The battery of my mom's car got stolen. On christmas! And we had trip planned for that day! My issue is i was home alone when it happened but me being not the most attentive or observant person there is, i didnt know someone was hacking away at the car. Everyone else was out shopping with our other car. I should have defended my car like that Kevin from Home alone. And it was CHRISTMAS!I have had long day. Been super busy and burned a lotta calories but theres so much i wanna say from my day today that i will keep for tomorrows posts. See ya!

kl christmas holiday!!- merry christmas!!
hello once again my gorgeous people!! i am super duper pumped about this post because there will be plenty of pictures in it. now before i get into my trip details, i wanna talk about some crazy candy that has me so so happy. now my sissy got these from me and they are really yummy stuff. so its a box of half chewy bonbons and half christmas coloured jelly beans. now i hate being a glutton so im totally not about that life but for candy, i go crazy.

okay, so now on to my super cool trip to kl. now on my first day we didnt do much cause it was late. we just had dinner at a pan mee restaurant called jojo's pan me where i tried to download some netflix with their free wifi but it didnt work and i ended up paying for a lot of data usage. then we went to family mart to get icecream and breakfast for the next day. i saw their posters about a limited melon ice cream and i was so looking forward to that but then they were like, 'oh, we dont have that anymore' and i was pissed cause the posters were right there. anyways i was happy with a matcha ice cream regardless. the next day, i woke up early like to some netflix and an onigiri breakfast. that went on till like 10am when sissy and i took an uber to paradigm mall and here's our haul:
so we bought some cheese ramen, 2 packs of chocolate, 2 pairs of earrings, one necklace, one bow for your hair and what im most proud off, the mini pack of pretzels and bacon rashers. now we didnt know what bacon rashers were till today and i like it! its tangy and crispy like vinegar chips. the bow is fantastic and is totally cute.

we had a cuppa and some juice with some snacks in the middle of shopping but i didnt take a great many pictures. so just one bathroom selfie and one amongst the creepy nutcracker soilders.
at night we went to berjaya mall and pavillion to see the christmas trees and take some really cool pictures! we took a train, lrt, mrt, monorail thing... i dont know what's it called and we made it about. but moving from berjaya to pavillion, we took an uber and our driver was really funky.
he was like mad cause the roads were jammed and we were almost at a standstill. apparently the prime minister had like a thing going on so some roads were blocked and this is what was causing the jam. he was pissed and he seemed to really like talking politics and we listened to him rant about the government and about the upcoming elections. elections went really well for the americans didnt it?
the day of my departure, we had breakfast at a really cool place called Roast and Toast. noodles and meats were okay but lemme tell you something about the drinks. it sucks. the coffee tasted like medicine and the tea was super sour. but hey, the brown bits of crispy fat were pretty good.
this post has been a draft for far too long and i am actually going back to kl today. yay! merry christmas to everyone and i hope you have a good one.

what's new... i fought demons and cops
hey, hey there gorgeous people!!! i know it's been like a month since i last updated and i have been itching to get on here. see, finals ended about 3 days ago which should be explanation enough. how has life been? well... i have this problem, and it's that i dont speak out when i need to. i can say this on my blog over and over again. i can say this on my youtube channel over and over again. but i cant seem to put words into action. here's how the story begins,
i started off doing charity work on my first day. there was a rude, pig-like person who i will not acknowledge as a girl. so she stank and was plain gross. i, thinking i should be nice and stuff, befriended her. that totally backfired when she took advantage of me. yes, i was taken advantage off, bullied by a sick, stinking pig. I was mad for a long while. asking myself how could i not have seen it? why didnt i say something all the times she made me mad? but i have moved on after a lot of thought and prayer and meditation.
thankfully i wansnt mad long as there are other things to be mad about such as the police of this country. three days ago i came home from school hungry so i dumped my bagpack which had my purse in it in my bag and followed my mom out to lunch. the restaurant was just a straight road from our gated residence and i dont know what came over us that day but we werent wearing our seat belts like we normally would. and the strangest thing is that on the one day where i wasnt bothered to wear my belt, the cops chased after us. they honked us asking us to pull over and when we did, immediately one unfit, malay cop comes and starts making accusations in harsh tones. was the voice and the attitude supposed to make up for what he lacks in every other department? like his brain? he dare call me a liar and worse things? the heck dude, he literally works for the biggest liar in the country, known as our government and he dare lectures me, right in front of my mom, about me being dishonest? how even? anyways he pushed it when he threatened me to follow him to the station. but thankfully God was with us and thankfully my mom is super duper smart. some how we were let off with just a warning. i dont even understand how it happened but i liked that we got off scot free.
the day finals ended was the day i got sucked into this hole called netflix. i love it! so many shows and so little time... i finished 2 seasons of Riverdale in a day. that's like impossible but yes, it happend. Riverdale is the best thing that ever played on a screen. if you havent seen it yet, i suggest you get a move on it. i was most excited to see my favourite disney star, Cole Sprouse looking supremly gorgeous as Jughead Jones. i like him so much that i have been hunting for a south side serpent leather biker jacket thing much like his. so in the unlikely event where we meet, i would be wearing it. i like archie as well but not as much. ask me and i think betty did well in getting over him and starting over with Juggy. the food in the show though, those milkshakes? they look so pretty and i keep questioning if theyre real. im actually halfway through stranger things as im typing this. goodness i love netflix. Finn and Millie are the cutest kids if i ever saw one.
yesterday night i came back on a train to kampar and i was super excited. i had in hand my bags, shopping bags and my precious cargo, BURGER KING. BK is the best burger joint ever and i love it so much! i had them for supper alongside a homemade salad. love salads!
i have so much to say about my holiday to kl that i'll need a whole post for it. you may expect it sometime tonight.
