ebike in utar-kampar

hello everyone!! it is an hour before dinner and the weather is relentless!! i have been steaming in my room since last night so i welcome this sudden change of weather! hi rain! just decided to drop by?! thing is, when i rode my ebike around this morning i felt a light drizzle but ignored it and it went away. im not to be frightened by itty bitty rain! stray dogs? yes. there were so many of them this morning and because the front gate was left open, a mottled one came in and hung out by the porch. i rode an extra round around the neighbourhood, giving it time to leave before i needed to go in.
i rode around yesterday too. but i had a major fall and went home really sad. then i got over it.
wait, do you guys know what an ebike is? its a bicycle that has a rechargeable battery built into it. like a hybrid motorcycle i guess. you dont need a license to ride one and it's pretty fast. the great thing about it is you can go fast without pedaling. it's actually pretty heavy although mine is supposedly the lightest model. you can find ebikes everywhere in kampar. i bought mine last week at a bike shop next to a place i get my vegan meal fix. it was pretty expensive so thanks dad!!
here's how it looks like:
i added a name plate. my friend got it for me when she traveled. i think it's cute

the battery! and always remember to wear a helmet guys!! safety first! you can also have a +1

i was considering skateboarding to class but then a nice board costs a third of the price of my ebike and is twice as dangerous so i settled for an ebike. no regrets though! course i could cycle but i wouldnt want to get to class all sweaty. there's a time for being sweaty and that's gym time not getting to class time. i would like to meet you if you are soon to be a utarian like your's truly.
oh yes, here is the tale of how i fell yesterday. i was testing out how my ebike would fare on the bike lane- it's narrow and rough. i didnt expect there to be such a steep slope and having never rode the bike over a slope before, i couldnt power the bike enough to get me up the slope. i decided to get down and push. i grabbed the handles and started pushing. how the ebike works is the 'engine' starts when you turn the handle. pretty neat isnt it? as i was pushing with by the handle, i accidentally turned the handle and it started to jerk forward really fast, i lost balance and fell and the bike fell too. youre actually supposed to turn off the bike when youre pushing it. it was really heavy.
i am so excited about my bike and i hope it fares well as it test it out on the main roads tomorrow. see you guys then! check out my super adorable marshmellow arrangement from my Lucky Charm breakfast this morning! cute right? i think it is!
